2004 Suzuki ozark

*****PRICE DROPPED WITH 24HRS LEFT***** First let me say this ATV is in need of repair. It does Crank up and idles excellently! But theres some type of drive shaft trouble preventing it from driving. Im not good with diagnosing problems on ATV's much less fixing the problem so i am selling it as-is! This was a great ATV that i rode EVERYDAY, until it quit working. VERY RELIABLE .. it ran for years, until now. Let me explain: This ATV was driving just fine until one day i got into a sticky situation on a trail, i put it in reverse and give it gas quickly. As soon as i saw the red reverse light activate i gave it throttle, but it was late shifting into reverse and all i heard was a loud snap. Something around the driveshaft area snapped. Maybe the damage is in the gearbox, im not sure, but the drive shaft just spins while its in gear. I dont think the damage is in the transmission because: it shifts all the way to fifth gear and the driveshaft will spin, its just not catching to turn the tire. Maybe it is the transmission, im not sure. But me and a knowledgable person think its something to do with the rear end. The engine is not locked up. Again, the Atv CRANKS UP AND IDLES. If it sits more than a week it takes longer to crank, but it will crank up everytime. Im not sure what the problem is, so its being sold as-is, and it could be an easy fix or an expensive fix. I dont know, and i dont have the money to fix it. If you can work on these things or know someone who can, you can have a nice atv after this problem is repaired. Aside from the incident that happened the atv is in good shape and will crank up and go after the repair. There are a few things needed to put the atv back to 100%. It needs a new tail light. It needs a rear brake assembly. (has good front brakes) Could use some new tires. They hold air, but have low tread. I think the ATV is a 2004 but it could be a 2005. No title for this atv, as it is not required to have a title in my state. A bill of sale can be written if desired. This ATV has to be picked up in person or by an ebay transport company from MY HOUSE in Hattiesburg, MS. I will not deliver, or ship. YOU have to arrange the pick up!!!!
