This 1971 Ranchero is a real head turner even though it needs little TLC. I purchased this car to make a show car out of it but circumstances have forced me to sell it. It has a good running 351 engine with a good automatic transmission. I purchased a Top Loader 4 speed transmission to put in it but have not yet so I am including the 4 speed as part of the sale. The car needs a paint job and needs to have someone to put time and care into it. It should be an easy restoration because there is no rust to speak of just some surface stuff and light body work. I did notice sheet metal damage under the inspection plate in the bed, it does not show but if you are going to make a perfect Ranchero out of it you should fix it. I just put a new pair of Monroe Air Shocks in it that I purchased on eBay, one of them leaks air but the store is I bought it from is sending a replacement that should be here any day. This Ranchero has been sitting for years. I was told the tank was drained and additive put in so the tank is in good shape. Because the car has been sitting for so long you will need to bleed the brakes. I would not plan on driving it home and should move it on a trailer. This Ranchero will make someone a beautiful show car. Good Luck.
