hi,your looking at a REAL 70 1/2 camaro rally sport split bumper ,now before i go any further,understand that this is NOT A PERFECT SHOW CAR !!!!!FLOORS HAVE BEEN PATCHED AND SO HAS TRUNK,AND THOUGH ALOT OF METAL WAS REPLACED IT DOES HAVE SOME BONDO ALSO!!!!but a decent car all in all...now that that has been said....,this is a mid year build(june of 1970)so we can call it a 70 1/2,she is a factory power disc brake,power steering non a/c car,she is also an unusual coulmn shift model,ALL ORIGINAL RS BRIGHT TRIM IS IN TACT!she sports a rebuilt 454ci hi performance passenger engine(built by eagle engines in lakeland fl #216752)HAS A SMALL CAM,NEW WEIAND INTAKE,REBUILT HOLLEY 750CFM DUAL FEED CARB,NEW CHROME HI FLOW WATER PUMP,NEW CHROME PULLEYS,AND CHROME BRACKETS,CHOME ALTERNATOR,NEW HOSES,CERAMIC COATED HEADERS,ALSO HAS AN hd th400 trans rebuilt with small stall, shift kit and deep pan,rear is a 10 bolt 3:73 posi, I HAVE GONE THROUGH ALL OF THE WIRING PUT NEW SOCKETS AND BULBS IN WHERE NEEDED AND ALL LIGHTING,MARKERS,HAZZARDS,TURN SIGNALS,BRAKE LIGHTS,REVERSE LIGHTS ARE IN WORKING ORDER!! TONS of new parts,also has all new weather stripping and window fuzzies!the interior isnt too bad but is not perfect,dash is pretty good,has new carpet and headliner installed(LOWER DOOR PANELS NOT INSTALLED IN PICS BUT THEY ARE INSTALLED NOW),yes she still needs a little work but a rare and great project for the right person!!frame looks good AND IS back halved(no it has not been tubbed just has a full frame now,VERY STRONG...i know it is stange NOT TO TUB WHEN YOU DO THAT but i didnt do it!)it has a set of cragar ss wheels on it(15x12 in the rear and 15x7 in the front),front and rear windshield trim is in the trunk,if you dont see it in the pics then it is probably in the trunk! oh,forgot to mention that all glass is good and it has a clear florida title!! paint is new and is a urithane 2 stage ultra blue pearl metallic!looks good but driver quality a wet sand and buff would get rid of some imperfections! before you ask YES IT RUNS,SHE STARTS RIGHT UP!!WILL NEED A LITTLE WORK YET THOUGH TO DRIVE! things i know it will need yet: BRAKES WORK and had some work done BUT REAR WHEEL CYLS WILL NEED REPLACED AND COME WITH! power steering pump needs installed AND COMES WITH! fuel gauge wire needs hooked up..............mirrors will be installed by the end of the week! NEEDS EXHAUST HEADER GASKET ON PASSENGER SIDE,HAS A SMALL LEAK,NEW GASKETS COME WITH! ALSO NEEDS A NEW EXHAUST HANGER ON THE PASSENGER REAR,HANGER COMES WITH! sadly im not able to work on cars were i live anymore and also dont have alot of room!! I WILL TRY TO SEE WHAT I CAN DO FOR SOME OF THESE BUT I WILL MAKE NO GAURANTEES!! CAR IS SOLD AS IS WhERE IS!! NON REFUNDABLE 1000.00 DEPOSIT WITHIN 24 HOURS!! On Apr-13-13 at 05:41:00 PDT, seller added the following information: TO ANSWER SOME QUESTIONS I HAVE BEEN GETTING..... sadly there was never any documetation in 1970 TO PROVE A CAR IS OR IS NOT A RALLY SPORT,but it has the tailtale signs,couple of signs are the >bright trim including the trim across the top of the door,rivets that hold >clips are factory to for that(im told by the camaro place in miami fl.) that this trim was >only on the rs cars),lower bright trim is also factory with factory brackets and >rivets,front wire harness wiring is different for rs,different and shorter connectors >for the turn signal lights,rally sport emblem 4 mounting holes look to be >original with the original style mounting sleeves,they didnt use bolts back then for them... hope this helps,again the only exterior parts that were replaced were the rear lower valance,urithane nose was replaced with a fiberglass one(i have the original in fair shape)and the rally sport emblems(also have originals in bad shape)everything else exterior wise are original parts! wanted to also mention that the front and rear window trim have now been installed,the rear exhaust hanger has also been installed! one last thing,i never mentioned a very big plus to some people about the title,the title states that the car has 70,805 ACTUAL MILES,now of course it doesnt have the original engine and was told the the cluster was swapped out but it is stated as actual on the title! please read everything before bidding and if you have any questions be do not hesitate to ask!!On Apr-15-13 at 18:16:37 PDT, seller added the following information: i attached a couple of more pics,since some of the work mentioned has been done,i also wanted to add that another way you can tell it is a real RALLY SPORT is that it has the hidden wipers and they used a differant wiper motor!thanks to a fellow ebayer for refreshing my memory...BID TO WIN....THE RESERVE IS ALMOST MET....!
