NO RESERVE Engine runs great, has less than 129,000 miles on it and the timing belt, water pump assembly, tensioner, and other drive belts were replaced in mid 2011 when the car had 119,251 miles on it. Recently we accidentally drove the car when it was very low on transmission fluid and noticed it not shifting properly. Transported it to a garage and they said it was two quarts low, filled it up, and said it was shifting correctly. Drove it for about a month and then noticed it starting to slip again. Some of the lights in the climate control don't work, crack in the leather driver's seat can be seen in the pictures, regular wear and tear for a vehicle of this age. The air conditioning is still ice cold, and the brake pads and drilled and slotted rotors are in very good condition. We've owned the car about 5 years, and the previous owner had everything but the bumpers, hood, roof, and driver's front door painted and they don't perfectly match the original paint. It is still drivable, but you should plan on transporting it on a trailer. Three of the rims have Cooper CS4 tires that are in excellent shape, the tire on the fourth rim is flat with some scrapes and bulge on the side wall so it is not repairable. The fourth rim is in the trunk and the space saver spare is currently on the front passenger side of the car. The inspection is good until December 2013. The buyer is responsible for shipment, and the vehicle is for sale locally so we reserve the right to end this auction early.
