1986 Honda

1986 honda atc 250r in very good condition. I bought this bike to keep and have a very nice rider, but have had unexpected medical bills and now am listing it for sale. I bought this from the 2nd owner who had it for last 15 years. This bike starts first or second kick everytime and runs great. It is still on stock bore, the previous owner did hone it and put a new piston and rings in it a few years ago and i have the factory piston out of it so you know it wasn t grenade he just put piston in it as more of just maintenance. He said he figured the bike was 20+ years old so it was probably due. I put brand new fighting red maier front, rear, and headlight plastic on it and I put new OEM radiator shrouds on it and brand new OEM fork boots on it. I literally haven t rode it since putting it on. The seat is in nice shape with factory cover that is soft and has good color , it does have a couple dark spots which look like someone probably set a tire on it. It is not bad and if you arent just standing over it looking for it you dont really notice it. It has a FMF full exhaust and a DG grab bar, the rear tires on factory wheels are aprox 50% , the front is a brand new front max on factory wheel. I put all new decals on the plastic , only blem is on the left radiator shroud the decal i messed it up and tore a small piece off of it probably the size of a dime. There are a couple scratches on the tank, the only real noticable one is pictured and again unless your just right there looking for it ,it doesnt stand out. Overall this bike is very nice and would make a very nice rider! There will be a $250 deposit due via paypal within 24 hours of auction end , the remaining balance is due by bank to bank wire transfer or cash in hand within 7 days of auctions end. I will be willing to build a pallet for it for $100 if you want to have it shipped. Thanks for looking and good luck!
