Vehicle Detail

Gorgeous American Muscle Car! I have owned several classic cars in my life, but this stands in a lofty league ahead in terms of how the car makes me feel when I take it on the road. Without fail, when I take the car for a drive, I receive multiple thumbs ups, or "Great car, man," or "Dude, 69 Camaro!!!!," Or huge smiles from passer-bys. People seem to always recognize the difference between the 68 & 69 (69 is wider and looks a little stronger). To get the bidding started I set a low reserve amount of a reasonable $12,000 (Just in case something weird happens where people don't see it and it accidently sells for a dollar or something.) In terms of the cars' history, I acquired it from my best friend, who took very good care of it for many years. The original owner was his mother. It was her first car, purchased brand new when she was in high school in 1969. Fun history! I am a non-smoker; no one has ever smoked in this car and it has a clean smell despite the age of the vehicle. I understand it started out as a six cylinder and the engine was changed to a corvette 350 with a ZZ somewhere in the title or something to that nature. Some areas of paint need to be touched-up, but as a whole the color of the paint and quality is in good condition. I've hand-washed it myself for years, and it shows on the exterior. The vehicle specifics are as follows: 1969 Camaro Z28 Clone. All parts working except air conditioner and horn. All the indicator lights work like turn signals, generator, etc. 350 Chevy Engine with Richmond 6-speed transmission. Flowmaster Exhaust. Correct Chevrolet Dark Blue Paint; blue leather interior. Original steering column. Good condition. 71,000 actual miles. No body work has been done as it has never been needed and there is a small amount of rust bubbles under the paint on the bottom of the quarter panels, nothing terrible, just something I should honestly state along with the fact that it is a solid good body, which is what you need to know, no rust bucket here. Just a little bit of what you would expect from a forty year old car. I have the original steering wheel, automatic shifter and center console and hubcaps and they will be included of course. The car is a joy to drive and fun to take out. I hope the final buyer is someone who will take care of it and enjoy it as much as I have all these years! God Bless! Godspeed your fine soul, I wish you the best.
