1994 Geo Metro 4 door hatchback. Transmission is a 5 speed and engine is a 1.0 litre 3 cylinder with a 46 MPG city / 49 MPG highway. I can quickly zip around in the city traffic and sit in busy traffic with the A/C blowing for hours and not see the fuel needle move. $30 fills the tank and gets you over 400 miles if driven calmly! Odometer shows 163,100+ miles and this little engine is ready for another hundred thousand miles. Car has a NEW A/C SYSTEM, NEW STANDARD 12" TIRES on steel 12" rims (stored in trunk), NEW BATTERY, NEW TIMING SYSTEM, NEW STRUTS ALL AROUND. WORKING BASIC 4 speaker RADIO DECK RECENTLY INSTALLED. NOTE: The recently purchased and installed larger custom blue wheels and tires pictured on the car were very expensive, but make the car feel and look so much nicer and do not change the speedometer more than +-2 MPH. Please note this is a 19 year old commuter car and has been kept up with regular repairs, but shows wear & faded paint: - Needs Minor Body work on dent in left rear door and quarter panel to be in really nice shape.... ($150 fix dents +$100 paint) - 5-Speed Transmission shift fine, but when downshifting from 3rd-2nd you need to hold the clutch and pass through 1st back to 2nd for some reason. -Recently the wiper motor has begun to run slow and may need replacing soon, or it could just need lubrication... not sure. *** Passed Both State Safety and Federal Emmisions Inspection Testing in November 2012. *** The seats are dirty but in good shape for 19 years old.. only the front passenger bucket has a 20 inch tear on the side where the seam has come apart and I am going to try to reseam the seat, but a nice seat cover works great to hide the tear. I am happy to inform everyone that this car has very little to no rust in these areas. Probably due to what looks like black undercoating that was applied several years ago.
