IT WAS ALSO PRETTY OVERCAST…SO LET ME JUST SAY…IN PERSON ON A SUNNY DAY, THIS CAR IS EXTREMELY RED!!! WHAT THE CAR HAS TO OFFER: - 1968 Plymouth Satellite with what is believed to be 78,000 original miles - NICE SOLID CAR…Would make an excellent Roadrunner / GTX clone - Nice driver – fly in and drive it home - Have the factory steel wheels / hubcaps, they are included - Professionally rebuilt 318 & automatic transmission (low miles since rebuild) - SOLID CAR UNDERNEATH (nice floorpans / trunk / frame / wheel housings / firewall / shock towers / around the windows)…Originally a NC car….Moved here to Illinois 7 years ago and has been a garage Queen ever since. - Wheels / tires have almost no miles on them Rear tires P295/50R15 Front tires P215/65R15 - Good Brakes (rebuilt) - Front end rebuilt - Everything works (heat / defrost / speedometer / lights / signals / temp gauge / fuel gauge / ammeter / windshield wipers / dome light / horn) – Radio I think works, but doesn’t have a speaker hooked up anymore – it does light up with dash lights - Power steering - Has a high performance aluminum radiator, but the factory radiator (professionally re-cored) is included as well as the factory engine fan - New headliner - New carpet WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE MAKING AN OFFER: - The front left corner of the front bumper is bent and pushed slightly into the fender (see pic’s) - There is some very minor bubbling behind the paint in a couple of areas down low (see pic’s) - There are a couple of minor dents in the passenger side quarter panel (hard to photograph – but see pic’s) - The package tray needs replaced (cheap easy job) - Aftermarket stereo is gone, BUT thankfully dash was not cut…Stereo was mounted under dash - Seats are showing their age…..BUT it is all factory - Car looks great, but it is “driver quality+” paint (my opinion) - Driver’s side door needs new pins & bushings (cheap parts / pain in the butt job) OVERALL: - Nice Mopar and a SOLID old car…..it’s worth investing in for sure…..I much prefer this to the typical rustbuckets you see with a $10K paint job on them, selling for a lot more money !!! - A great value for my BUY-IT-NOW price, but make me an offer and you’ll get an even better deal!!
