Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 I purchased this 1982 Toyota FJ40 2010 through a third party dealer who promised to rebuild the cruiser for me. They got through the tear down, but continued to delay on the rebuild. After numerous excuses, I took the cruiser to Proffitt’s, a well known builder and customizer of Landcruisers. Unfortunately, they are closing their doors prior to getting to my project. Proffitt’s will pay for shipping the cruiser, to any reasonable distance. So I am hoping to sell the cruiser as is, literally in pieces. There are many new parts, listed below. Also; the cruiser was to be rebuilt with a locking tailgate and lift up rear window. The original ambulance doors are no longer with the project. A second modification is a change to the front grill. It has a 1968 front grill, with a location for the front turn signals not found on later model front grills. Once again the original 1982 front grill is not with the project. There are numerous new parts in boxes for the rebuild including stainless steel bolts, and emblems. I believe the wiring harness is new, but I am not positive on this. All parts have been stored inside a temporary rental storage unit. The rolling chassis with new alloy tub, and original engine and transmission I am told is being stored indoors, but was outside for a time. I have over $10,000 in new parts plus the original vehicle which has been stripped and partly primed for re-paint. The following is included: Reupholstered original front bucket seats Two sets of rear jump seats, on set in black, one set in gray Two locking aluminum tailgates, one new, second painted green Two new center locking console with cup holder and locking stereo storage New rear bumper with swing out tire carrier, hitch and jerry can/cooler basket New ARB front bumper with winch mount New winch in box Bushwacker raptor lined rear fender well flairs Second set of rear fender well paintable flairs New set hinge mounted mirrors New alloy Tub, painted in primer This vehicle is being sold as is, the engine ran before the vehicle was disassembled, but it has not been turned over since 2010.It has also been packed and unpacked twice, therefor I cannot guarantee that all parts are present, though I believe that they are. In the event that a piece is missing I WILL NOT SUPPLY A REPLACEMENT.
