Greetings fellow eBay members, I bought this vehicle as a project from Affordable Motors of Brooklyn with the intention of fixing it. Their eBay user id is amobinccars, and their website is amobinc.com . You can view the transaction and view the auction description from my feedback. The car was hit and while it was parked "with the engine off" the car got flooded by hurricane Sandy. It was fresh water, "Not salt water". I know this because I drained some of the water. Aside from the body damage please assume you will need to do further repairs to make it complete. I have not attempted to turn the vehicle on, and I removed the battery.Me and my wife are planning to have a baby, so I no longer can keep the car, it is a great project for someone who has the time to invest in it, or it can be used for parts. The car has a salvage title, all the paperwork is under my name which I will give to the new owner, and I will provide you with a bill of sale. I also have some parts available that will be included in this auction, I have the driver side door with the glass, the rear quarter glass, and the quarter panel, they all come with receipts for salvage inspection.Please check with your state on salvage vehicles. This car is being sold "As Is", The water rised to approximately 2.5 feet above ground level. We have not done any testing to these vehicles and do not know the extent of mechanical damage that was endured. We imagine that they are all repairable but we are selling them AS IS I am not a dealer, but you are welcome to come by and check out the car. Shipping and towing is the responsibility of the buyer.
