2002 Volvo S60 2.4t AWD Pennant Motors is pleased to present this nice 2002 Volvo S60. For those who haven't driven an S60, they are about the most comfortable cars ever made. The seats are almost too comfy to describe. These also feature Volvo's proven and legendary turbocharged 5 cylinder engine. Beautiful in Nautic Blue with Arena Tan Interior Rare Touring Packag, Premium Package & Cold Weather Packages All Wheel Drive! Tremendous Service History - We have all records! The interiors of Volvos are spectacular. The Arena Tan leather sport seats are in gorgeous shape(One of the nicest we've ever seen, in fact!). The car has Volvo's Dual Zone climate control which works properly. It also has Volvo's IAQS or "Interior air quality system." This is a rare option which uses a sensor in the climate control's air intake. This sensor can detect unpleasant odors outside of the car, and close off the fresh air intake and recicculate the air in the cabin automatically. This prevents you from having to smell unpleasant odors outside of the car. This system functions completely automatically and behind the scenes. It also uses an actiated charcoal air filter to further enhance the quality of the air you breathe. This car has Volvo's Premium Alpine audio with CD and Cassette. It works and sounds awesome (actually one of the best sounding car stereos of its era). For safety, this Volvo has, of course, dual front airbags, as well as SIPS side airbags. It also has Volvo's IC Inflatable Curtain airbags as well as WHIPS whiplash protection to keep you safe in the event of a rear-end collision. It has the cold weather package with heated seats, headlamp wipers, and heated mirrors. The car also has fog lights which is fairly rare on S60s. The outside of this S60 is very nice and is finished in Nautic Blue. The paint is in good shape. Volvo's paint holds up better than any other from what we've noticed, and resists scratches very well. That is why volvos tend to always look just beautiful. It's amost as if they always look as though they've been freshly waxed -- even after 10 years! What is VERY special about this S60 is that it has the Touring Package. The touring package includes Homelink, Autodimming interior mirror, the grocery bag holder (I have this in my Volvo, and use it all the time!), the Interior Air Quality System, and Laminated Security Glass. In this car, all of the glass is dual-pane and laminated. This makes the interior very quiet, and makes the glass virtually impossible to break. We once tried to break the window on one of these cars with a large hammer as an expiriment, and were unable to do it. The tires are in great shape. It has Continental Tires in the front and Pirelli Tires in the rear. It has the really nice looking "Thor" 17" wheels which were an optional upgrade. The brakes are in very good shape with solid stops and no pulsation. All accessories have been tested and work. Including heated seats, and air conditioning. This is the ALL WHEEL DRIVE model. These are very hard to find! Our sales manager, Rachael has a 2004 S60 AWD just like this one with 238,000 miles on it. That's roughly the distance from the earth to the moon! She drives it every day, and it has never given her any problems. If this isn't proof of volvo's reliability and longevity, I don't know what is. In fact, I myself drive a 2008 Volvo with almost 200k miles on it, and our mechanic drives an XC70 with 200k miles on it also.
