Up for bid is a 1966 Pontiac Ventura Cpe, this is a restoreable car that was started on a few years back. The previous owner put a 400 cid engine in it that is a 1975. The engine needs a valve job but does run, valve seals are shot so it smokes like crazy. The interior needs some work, front drivers seat,rear sail panels, and door panels. The headliner is good, it also need exhaust work. Body was painted years ago, and not a good job, so needs a complete repaint. There are rust bubbles around the drip rails on the roof and some small ones on the rear quarters nothing major. The cars is pretty solid. Bumpers need rechroming both front and rear. Solid frame needing shocks and brake work, solid floors and trunk. I was going to restore this car but father time has crept up on me and I can't get around like I thought I could any More. I can DELIVER the car within 200 miles of the Chicagoland area for fuel cost. This is a good basic car too start with and would be a good father and son project. I have a lot of extra parts that are included. New glove box, wood trim for console, new catalina and venture rear fender emblems. Used tacometer for center console, catalina letters for rear panel and more.
