The RAMP in the van is made and installed when the van was made by Braun and is KEYCHAIN operated and manual operated NOT just manual like many other ramps that dealers sell. This van is made for a handicap person or a non handicap person. When the sliding doors are open you cannot see the lift. The lift is deployed by a push of a button on the keychain. You can choose to have the kneeling suspensions deploy or not depending on whether you want the vehicle to lower when the ramp goes out or not. You control everything in this van with a push of a button. When buying a handicap van look for an IN-FLOOR RAMP that is POWER keychain operate- This makes a HUGE difference when you are handicap and wanting to be independent. Buy Braun Ramps as well because they are the top of the line. The title for this van is CLEAR and is a ONE OWNER van. I am a PRIVATE SELLER not a dealer!
