1999 Saab 9-3 for sale. Runs but engine needs work. Leaking coolant from freeze plugs and the engine cuts out at high RPM, possible turbo issue. Title is clear. No accidents or body work. Clutch was replaced at 95K miles and front strut mounts were replaced at 115K miles. AC works but needs to be recharged occasionally. Rear passenger window and the automatic antenna are not working. Missing inside trim piece from drivers side. The piece is in the trunk and just needs replacement clips.
