I will do my best to outline the options, conditions etc. This auction is for a 1998 MErcedes C280 - One Owner I have owned this vehicle since 1998 and have taken VERY good care of it. For a vehicle that is so old it still looks nice and presentable. Please note that the Carfax will show that the vehicle has had 3 or 4 owners. The reason for this is that I originally leased the car (first owner) then purchased the car from the leasing company (2nd owner) and then retitled it into our joint name (my wife and I) and then after starting a business the vehicle was listed as a business asset. I have all the paperwork from the state and my attorney to show you this history. Bottom line is that I am the only person who has driven this car. Occasionally my wife drove it but not much. This car really means alot to me. I want it to be taken care of by someone who cares about cars. This car was the car I met my wife in and the car that brought home my twin daughters. I have alot of history with this vehicle. Two weeks ago I had the 200,000 scheduled matenance done on it by a licensed mercedes technician. The car is NOT perfect but it is extremely mechanically sound. The body has some rust which is typical of that vehicle/year. If you wanted to have it repainted it would definitely be worth the $$. I am not going to tell you this car is perfect but for its age, miles etc. it would make a good car for someone for years to come. Its my daily driver and I purchased a 2012 Mercedes E350 4 Matic because my family has grown. I am a traveling sales person so the miles are mostly high back and forth from St Louis.
