1992 Mazda Extended cab 4X4 truck. Really a clean little truck. I purchased the truck with a blown head gasket. I am a mechanic and work on projects on the weekends to get out of the house... Once I got into the engine I found the head was warped as well. I went ahead and pulled the entire engine and tore it down. I mic'd the crank and rods and checked the cylinder bores. everything was to factory specs. I cleaned, honed and re assembled the engine with new bearings and rings. I replaced the head with a new head. the engine is now a rebuilt lower with a new complete head. I put in a new clutch from Luc while I had the motor out. Runs great! I have put about 200 miles on it so far. The only rust on the truck I could se was on the rear roll pan by the bumper mounts. I took a power wire brush to it and sprayed it quick with some Rust Oleum paint to retard its growth. Overall it is really a nice little truck. 4X4 all works. The only thing I know that does not work is the radio and the antenna is missing. Please call me if you have questions. Barry 402-650-4875.
