As seen in the pictures this nice looking 2001 Mercedes CLK430 Convertible has sustained a very light front damage. This vehicle was directly purchased from insurance auctions for resale. No middle man involved. The good news is that the car starts, engine runs excellent, and we were able to drive it within out lot. Engine runs great and tranny shifts fine. All airbags are good and no suspension damage. Pictures clearly show the overall condition of the car. Looks like it was a very light tap to the front end. Cooling components in tact and no leaks observed but they will need slight adjustment. Front rails are straight and no frame damage observed. All glass ok. Headlights are ok. Engine runs great and no major warning lights on the dash. Low low 61k miles!!! Will need a front bumper cover and slight adjustments in the front components. Convertible top did not open at the time of taking photos and it may be due to the rollover protection (rear headrests) not rolling down since they rise in case of any accident. It will further diagnosis to get it to work properly. Comes fully loaded with Bose sound, Xenon HID headlights, Heated Seats, Black leather with nice wood trim interior, sport alloys, good looking tires..etc. Again, the car starts, engine runs great, all airbags in tact!!! and we're able to drive it around within our lot. As seen in the pictures this nice looking 2001 Mercedes CLK430 Convertible has sustained a very light front damage. This vehicle was directly purchased from insurance auctions for resale. No middle man involved. The good news is that the car starts, engine runs excellent, and we were able to drive it within out lot. Engine runs great and tranny shifts fine. All airbags are good and no suspension damage. Pictures clearly show the overall condition of the car. Looks like it was a very light tap to the front end. Cooling components in tact and no leaks observed but they will need slight adjustment. Front rails are straight and no frame damage observed. All glass ok. Engine runs great and no major warning lights on the dash. Low low 61k miles!!! Convertible top did not open at the time of taking photos and it may be due to the rollover protection (rear headrests) not rolling down sinc they rise in case of any accident. It will further diagnosis to get it to work. Comes fully loaded with Bose sound, Xenon HID headlights, Heated Seats, Black leather with nice wood trim interior, sport alloys, good looking tires..etc. Again, the car starts, engine runs great, all airbags in tact!!! and we're able to drive it around within our lot. Many used parts can be found for this car at online junk yard database car-part or here on ebay. car-part is a source of used oem parts from many junk yards across the country. A SMALL NOTE ON SALVAGE VEHICLES
We specifically deal with light damaged or theft recovered salvage rebuildable vehicles. This vehicle was picked up from an insurance auction for resale. We directly purchase from insurance auctions and no middle man involved. Insurance companies usually salvage vehicles due to collision, theft, flood..etc. but this doesn't mean that they are beyond repair. In most cases its not the actual damage to the car that causes a vehicle to be salvaged but the circumstances under which they are declared salvage. For example, theft recovered vehicles are always salvaged since they are usually recovered after the owner is paid off by the insurance company. Or the owner might not want the vehicle after going through an accident even if the damages are light and easily repairable such as our cars. Whatever the case is these cars can easily be returned to the streets and that is why they're sold through auctions as repairable vehicles.
We have the salvage certificate of title (no-liens) in our possession and it will be re-assigned to the new owner to follow up with their state salvage process. Every state has its own salvage process and its usually filling out some forms and taking the car to an inspection after repairs (if any repairs are needed).
