This 1987 Porsche 944 was converter to Electric. $3600 - Cafe Electric Z2K Controller W/ Hairball and Hepipedal - I am having issues programming $2999 - 11" Warp Motor - mounted and coupled to drive shaft $1100 - Elcon HF/PFC 3kW Charger for 72 - 156V Systems $2700 - 156V of T150 Trojan Batteries - 3 years old but still hold charge. kept charged. Power Steering, Power Breaks, fuses, contactors, inertia switch and all accessory components. The rear bumber, sunroof and driver side mirror need repairs. The rear springs need to be modified for the extra weight. This was a fun project but I have been unable to complete because I have little freetime with a 15 month old. I have ~$13,000 into this project. This will be a great start into completing an electric vehicle. I needed to dig into how the controller actually worked and learn how to operate it. The controller was fully operational when I recieved it and I have driven the vehicle at slow speeds but I couldn't operate it consistantly. Good luck and Happy Holidays.
