This is a very rare 1968 Oldsmobile Toronado survivor. 1 of just 3957 Toronado "model 9487" Hardtop coupes built in 1968. It has 38k documented miles and it was enough proof for the CA DMV to issue it an actual mileage 38k title. California registration is current through 2013. It is a complete and thorough survivor. Still wearing its original Provincial White paint and interior. All the numbers match. Has the original 455 Rocket V8 rated at 375 HP with 510 Torque and the Turbo Hydramatic 425 Automatic Transmission. It is completely original including the carb, heads, exhaust manifolds, etc. It runs, drives, shifts and steers perfectly with immense power. Starts up and idles perfectly even when cold or after sitting for a week or two. It has been used fairly regularly to drive around LA and San Diego. Very straight with no rust at all anywhere and no bondo or body repairs. Completely rust free floors, frame, trunk, jams, rockers, fenders, doors, trunk, hood, etc. Outstanding condition for a 45 year old car with the original paint and interior. I did not clean anything for the photos so they show it very honestly and I took well over 100 to show it well. Highly optioned, it has working power windows, working power locks, Tilt & Telescoping steering wheel, Air Conditioning, Defrost, Power Trunk Release, and more. These hardly come up for sale let alone with very low mileage and rust free. I have the original A/C compressor as well as an original replacement rear wheel well molding for the slightly dented molding on the rear driver side. Current registration and clean CA title in hand.
