Up for auction is a beautiful recreation of a 1967 Chevelle SS 396 in Torch Red with 4 speed and black interior. This beautiful car comes equipped with what I believe to be a very smooth shifting Muncie 4 speed coupled to a very, very good running 396 (402 big block). It comes with dual Flowmaster exhausts connected to a set of headers that make this car sound and feel exactly as it should. It also features a Holley 4 barrel carb, Edelbrock intake and a mild cam. The interior is in great shape without any rips of tears anywhere. I also purchased new chrome rims and tires last year and had new brakes installed as well. The rim sizes are 18" on the back and 17" on the front. This is a great looking, and driving car that I believe can take you anywhere you want. There are a few cosmetic issues like most cars this age, some "bubbling" in a spot or two and the usual ever present back window rust. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the highest, I would conservatively rate this car as a strong 7. There are always thumbs up wherever I go and plenty of attention at the drive-ins. It has an amazing shine that makes the paint look wet. I keep the car in the garage covered at all times. This is really a great looking and running car. I don't think you will be disappointed.
