I am selling my 1994 Mazda B2300 (Ford Ranger). This was my project truck I had been working on for the past year. I am unable to finish due to medical bills and must part ways with it. The truck is not currently running and would have to be towed to your location when you pick it up. The current motor is a 1988 Ford Thunderbird Turbo coupe 2.3 liter turbo(much like a Mustang SVO) and a T5 five speed transmission. The Motor was taken from a storage house were it had been sitting after the original car was wreaked. The motor had 75k on it and had no problems. The motor was then taken apart and rebuilt. (honed out and re-ringed and new bearings, seals and gaskets) The head was ported and polished, installed roller cam and dual valve springs. The Lower intake manifold was ported and knife edged. The upper was gutted and rotated.(Common practice with these motors to face the throttle body toward the intercooler) The exhaust Manifold is and Custom BoB 4 Header(T3 flange). The turbo is a Holset. (New Old Stock) I have new wastegate and blowoff valve installed.(ebay parts) LA3 computer installed from 88 Turbo Coupe(most desired) and the Large vain airflow meter.(Big Vam) I have a used intercooler installed up front. New 255 LPH fuel pump in the tank. Custom steel braided oil lines feed the turbo. The transmisson( T5) has a Spec stage 2 clutch and new throw out bearing. Short throw shifter. The rims and tires are 17inch black and crome racing rims. (235/55/17) With great tread. Brake pads are new. Has new motor mounts, water pump, spark plugs, timing belt and tensioner, drive belt and a new starter. No Ac compressor. Now what the truck needs. Wiring harness installed, underhood harness needs to be custom wired to mate to the LA3 Computer. Bigger Injectors ( needs 35lbs brown tops) Have the old brown tops but 2 are not working. Exhaust from the turbo on back. Slave cylinder This truck had 95hp from the factory. With the new motor set up it will make three times that(250-300) depending on tuning.
