Hello, Let me start out by saying this is almost a 21 year old truck with over 312,000 miles. Mostly highway miles as I used this a a commuter to work and back. 85 miles per day. If I miss a ding or scratch, scuff etc I'm sorry. This is not a show truck. For sale is a 1992 Toyota pickup 4x4 regular cab. 5 speed manual transmission. The odometer reads 312,750. I currently am driving the vehicle so the mileage will be slightly higher at the end of the auction. The body is in excellent condition besides some dents and faded paint. There are a couple very minor spots of surface rust as shown in the pictures. Door bottoms, fenders etc are all very clean. Tailgate is an aftermarket one. Has some surface rust on the inside seam. The passenger side has a large dent on the bed and a dent near the tail light. I slid down my driveway on some ice and side swiped a tree. I have not tried to pull the dents out but I'm pretty sure you could. There are also some very small black dots on the truck. Something from the trees at my house. They come off but it takes some time and effort. Clear coat is peeeling on the hood. Truck has a few different shades of red. She's having a color crisis. Rear bumper is rusting as shown in pictures. The truck does have some frame rust as shown in pictures as well. The driver side seams to be worse than passenger. The person I bought it from had the frame boxed out with steel plates welded on it for inspection. My mechanic informed me it is very strong and will last a very long time. The rear leaf spring shackles were also re-welded to the frame. Very common for this year truck. The driver side control arm is pretty rusty. The bed frame, crossmembers etc are all in good shape. The engine, transmission and drivetrain are all in excellent condition. Starts easy, shifts easy, engaging 4x4 is very easy. Timing chain, water pump, oil pump, radiator, spark plugs, wires, have all been replaced within the last 30,000 miles. Coolant and ALL fluids have also been changed recently. Front wheel bearings and rotors have been replaced. Driver's side cv axle has also been replaced. Just had emergency brake cable, brake line and cat back exhaust replaced less than a month ago for state inspection. Truck has cruise control, a/c, tachometer, temp, oil pressure, battery and fuel guage. EVERYTHING works uncluding ice cold a/c. All lights and turn signals work properly as well. Truck has had a cap on the bed its whole life but I took it off and put it on my other truck. Has a tonneau cover on it now that it in excellent condition. Has originial owner manual, jack, spare tire. The interior is in great condition. The bench seat is nice. No rips or tears. Dash is excellent as well as the headliner. Door locks and windows work fine. Truck runs and drives excellent. Doesn't smoke, burn oil, grind gears etc. Very well maintained, solid truck. Known issues: Mechanic said the front brakes just barely passed inspection. Pulls a little to the right when you brake. Bottom of engine has some oil on it. I told my mechanic to investigate it. He informed me the valve cover bolts were very very loose. Just want people to be aware there is some oil on the lower engine. Front driver's turn signal is cracked but works fine. Tires are in pretty good shape. The back 2 have some "couping". Was told that was pretty common for the specific tires I have on it. (BF Goodrich All terains).
