For sale is a 2004 Mazda RX8 6 speed with 86k miles , the car is hard to start but does run good once started , the car had a p302 for misfire on rear coil and the coils are original , I know most people assume it is the apex seals but I would have the coils and sensors checked first. There was nothing on the plugs when I changed them no coolant or oil. I planned on putting a ls1 or ls2 in the car . The car has a accident free carfax , I bought it as a repo to be a project for me and my daughter which did not work out , I replaced the whole interior same color from a lowmile wrecked rx8 the interior is beautiful the console is great all lids work perfect , seats , carpet , console , all replaced , the dash does have the normal rx8 slight crack around part of pass air bag , other then that the interior is great , all power windows , locks , cruise , it does not have a stereo in it but I bought a factory one to go in it also have a aftermarket c/d player to go in it , as well as the module to still have steering wheel controls with the aftermarket stereo. The front bumper was damaged by a boom style tow truck when the car was turned in before I bought it , the bumper has a crack at the bottom lip and slight damage were the bumper and fender meet the bumper can be put back on and fixxed it does have factory good fog lights , I was going to put a aftermarket front and rear bumper the rear has a scratch in the center of it otherwise the paint is nice looks great no rust . the car had factory 18's on it that had been painted black , so I bought 3 of the car I got the interior from and repainted the other the tires are mismatch , the brakes are good well over half life front and rear , the car just had new NGK plugs , wires and a new Bosch Battery as well as air filter , when running there is no abs light or air bag light , the tire press light is on but will reset its self , now on to the bonus of the car extra parts that you can sell to make money or keep the interior that came out was nice just needed to be cleaned if you check a pair of these exact front seats sell for $400 and you get rears and carpet and console the lid on the extra console is broke but rest of it still good , you also get the other 3 painted black wheels and the one damaged wheel all have tps sensors in them , also this car has a loud exhaust so I bought a factory cat back exhaust from the same low mile car, also you get extra set of tail lights I put the factory 06 tail lights on because they have drain holes for water in them. and a extra set of rx8 floor mats as well. and the ngk plugs that came out of the motor are here for you to see. This is a great deal and I can't stress enough dont assume it is the apex seals until it is properly checked out but if it is the apex seals you are still well ahead no matter what. Down here we have no one that specializes in rx7 or rx8's out dealership here just moved to another dealership . These are great cars rotory engines are great engines when taken car off and rx8's are great in holding there value the last rx8 on ebay with a"BAD" engine but had a front bumper sold for $4900 retail is 9700 , ruff trade in is 5700 I think. *You can not drive this car home it will have to be trailored or towed or tow dolly backwards* Please do not bid if you have intentions on driving it home , deposit within 24hours and car picked up within 7 days from end of auction unless complete payment is made then it can sit until you can come.
