Up for auction is a 1980 Honda CB400T. Clear Indiana Title. 16600 miles. Looks great. Runs and rides excellent, bike is currently plated and used as a commuter to and from work on a regular basis. All electrical works as it should. Turn signals, headlight hi-low, horn, electric start, tailight all in good working order. Carbs were rebuilt, new tubes in tires, new front and rear sprocket, new chain, and new battery this past spring. Ready to ride, right now NOT A PROJECT BIKE. This bike is very responsive, starts easy every time, and idles great. All original with original paint and original exhaust. Paint looks great gas tank has a ripple on the top right side (see pics). Inside of tank is very clean. Sidecovers look good top tab broken on both sides with some minor fading on original paint. Original Honda exhaust is solid but right side has some battery acid stains. Original seat has some minor separation at the seams in a few spots. Speedometer works on and off may need a new cable. Tachometer works fine. Tires are good. Wheels look very good chrome on bike is good with only minor pitting in a few areas. Good looking, fast little Honda .I would not hesitate riding this thing anywhere.
