Up for bid is a 1991 Ford Mustang Coupe. It's a rust free, Original 5.0L V8 5-speed! The body is in great condition, Rust free, All fenders & bumpers are in line as should be. The body seems to have been repainted some time before I purchased the vehicle & is great quality. Only thing I noticed is a few little paint chips on the front bumper, Not even noticeable. I would rate the paint and body a solid 8 out of 10. Clear projector headlights were added to give the car a clean, sleek look! New door seal gaskets, new trunk seal gaskets to give a good seal. Interior- The interior is in good shape for It's age, has original black interior. No cracks or broken pieces on the dash or interior, every thing is in tact The seats are from a 94-98 Mustang, W/ drivers power. The drivers seat has some wear on it from getting in & out of (No rips). It has 2 Autometer sport comp gauges in the center vent (Still has a vent for the heat/ac to get through) Oil pressure, & temp. Am/fm cassette player is still intact working, front & rear speakers. Custom cobra floor mats, Rear seat, All seat belts are in working order. I would rate the interior a solid 7.5 out of 10, Clean interior overall for this old of a mustang. Suspension- The suspension handles great on the car, Can even be adjusted to your specs! It has Eibach Pro competition springs, KYB AGX 4 way adjustable struts, KYB AGX 8 way adjustable shocks w/ a manual dial, Aftermarket cast camber plates, new rack & pinion (Old one leaked), Eibach sway bar. This suspension combo handles real good for any style of driving, Daily driving, Drag racing, Track racing, Interstate driving, Any many more. Over $1000 in aftermarket parts for the suspension. Drivetrain- The drivetrain is well put together, In perfect working order. The transmission is rebuilt, Shifts smooth threw all gears (No grinding or popping out of gear) Brand new Ford Racing King Cobra clutch, MGW short throw shifter, Ford Racing aluminum drive shaft, 3:55 Ford Racing gears, Auburn Pro differential, 31 spline axles, 5 lug conversion w/ 03' mach 1 rims. The rear end is really put together and is capable of handling anything now or future mods down the road. No problems in the suspension or drivetrain, everything works as should. Engine- The engine is a strong rebuilt 5.0L w/ less then 9k on it. New gaskets throughout, Reconditioned Ford rods, Speed pro forged pistons, Ford Racing E-303 camshaft, aftermarket 1.6 pedestal rocker arms, TrickFlow track heat upper & lower intake, Accufab 75mm throttle body, Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator, C&L mass air intake meter, 130 amp alternator, New plugs, Walbro 255lph fuel pump, High torque mini-starter, Optima red top battery( Not in picture), New radiator & hoses, A/C stuff is there but It needs to be either recharged or converted but It's there if needed. The engine runs strong, holds good oil pressure, no knocks or foul play in engine,Cam sounds healthy, Mac exhaust system that sounds great! The sound of the coupe is amazing, One of the better coupes Iv'e owned. I have some receipts for parts but others I'll have to find. Goods- This car is in great shape, no rust, straight frame, original body parts, powerful motor but not bad for daily driving, handles awesome, Overall a nice buy! Add a blower & aluminum heads and have a low 10 second ride, or drive as is! *Bads- The ignition model, Idle air control, or distributor might be bad. I can't keep it to idle after 30 minutes, If I keep the RPM's over 2K It's fine. It could be as simple as those these things or possible vacumn leek. It's a minor problem but until It's fixed the car will have to be trailored unless It's local then It should be fine to drive in town. Message me for any regards to this minor problem, The rear tires could be replaced but are good enough. The passenger side exhaust header gasket needs replaced (1 hr doit yourself job)Other then those 3 minor problems the car is solid and ready to go to a good home. Iv'e had fun with the mustang but It's time someone else enjoys it like I have. Only reason for sale is my finances situation needs to get squared away. I'm going well below my asking price and is well worth every penny. Over 6-7K invested performance & up keeping.
