Vehicle Detail
for sale my 1989 Jeep Wrangler YJ. The vehicle has a Chevy 350 with an automatic transmission. The engine was in the Jeep when I got it, and the person I bought it from told me it had around 30,000 miles on it. I have since put about 10,000 miles on it in the 2 years I have had it. The Jeep starts right up, and has a lot of power. The top is in excellent condition with no tears or rips and is less than a year old. The tires are practically brand new BF Goodrich All Terrain 33x15x12.5 and have less than 500 miles on them, mounted on sawblade rims that look great. (If they would fit on my other Jeep, they would be on it) The Jeep has tubular chrome bumpers on the front and rear, ss nerf bars, bushwacker type fender flares, upgraded headlights, and LED tail/brake lights. The interior has new Rugged Ridge seats, a smittybilt security metal locking console, smittybilt security metal locking glove box with metal grab bar. The dash gauge console was replaced and all Auto-Meter Phantom gauges were installed including the tach and speedometer. It has a Pioneer cd stereo with an Eclipse 4 channel Amp, a 10 inch sub (which is bolted down), and 4 waterproof polk speakers. 2 in the front, and 2 in the rear inside of 2 VDP sound wedges. The Jeep has what looks like a 4inch suspension lift and a 1-2 inch body lift. I have several parts that will go with the Jeep, including the under dash A/C console that I never got around to putting in, a turbo 350 transmission adapter to a transfer case (not installed) to make the Jeep 4wheel drive, which I also never got around to putting in. Its a good looking Jeep that gets a lot of attention and a ton of compliments every time that I drive it. The only thing that I can think of that needs to be fixed is the right side exhaust (dual exhaust) the exhaust has come loose from its weld, and hangs about 2 inches lower than the left side. Its a quick and easy fix, but I don't have a welder right now, otherwise the Jeep is in excellent condition. Oh, the Jeep also comes with full doors with new panels. There is a kill-switch located inside the always locked security console. The engine has a chrome valve covers, chrome air filter etc. It has a 1 year old aluminum radiator with an electric fan. PLUS the absolute best feature...It has 3 very obnoxiously loud train horns mounted under the hood along with an air compressor located where the windshield wiper bottle used to be. The horns are very very loud. :) I am sure there are some other goodies that I have forgotten to add. Before anyone asks why I am selling it, I have a 57 Willys CJ5 that I am fixing up and I see my wife frowning when I mention that I have two Jeeps. One other thing, I changed the amber turn signals in the grill and on the fenders to clear lenses with yellow bulbs. Looks a whole lot better. I reserve the right to end the auction early as the vehicle is also for sale locally. Also replaced the ball joints last year. (Moog ball joints) I have over Ten thousand in this Jeep, and my reserve is ALOT lower. This is an excellent Jeep.
