You need a car quick. You NEED a car CHEAP! Reliable. Safety. Affordable. This is it! It honestly does NOT get any easier or better than THIS car! Ready to go. Bid, buy, drive home. Done. Only an elder Volvo can look, run, and drive like a car half it's age and miles. This one is a FINE example. Gorgeous green. Amazingly well preserved after all these years. I'm no bodyman but I can't see any signs of major body repairs and definitely no signs of rust. Volvos from this era simply do not rust. It's obvious this car is a properly kept one owner car! About the only eyesore is on the front corners of the bumper cover. The exterior is easily an 8.5+ out of 10. Minor touchups. Typical, but barely any rockchips or scuffs/scratches and only a handfull of dings. NO DENTS. Vinyl looks ridiculously new! Above you can see the bumper corner scuff. No holes or damage at least. Above that you can see one of the small dings. Below, the nearly new matching front Bridgestones are ready for any weather you can throw at them! Rear tires have nice tread as well. ALL ride on clean vibration free rims. Unseen are the very recent brakes/rotors. These provide pulse free immediate stopping power if needed. The hood, roof, and trunklid/spoiler shine perfectly and look justlikenew2u! Even the black plastic trim covering is still intact! Above the rear bumper cover has a few corner scuffs as well, but no damages. Water marks aren't permanent on the vinyl, just a simple drip wiped away from washing. Antenna is stuck in it's current position altho the motor works and picks up stations pretty well still. This car looks SOooo good with the wing on it! Above and below are about the 2 largest touched up scratches/ding to point out. Any remainders are so small and unnoticable. Below you can see the worst of the bumper scrapes. Vinyl is a bit chewed up but still no major damage. Purely cosmetic. Only seen when you get down on it...like with my camera! Amazingly the lower bumper cover looks great as you would expect it to be smoked from years of parking. With the exception of some typical steering wheel wear and driver's bolster wear, the interior is EASILY a 9 out of 10! Beautiful as the day it left the showroom. Yet it has this many miles?? Yes, way. ALL the dummy lights illuminate during startup with NONE on during run. Even the "service" light goes out after start. Indicating it was recently at the dealership for service. Weather it be Volvo or a Volvo tech shop, is unknown. EVERYTHING power works as it should on this car, power driver's seat, windows, locks, cruise, radio, mirrors, trans modes, climate control (Air Conditioning needs a recharge), heat, etc. Pick a spot. Anywhere. Clean enough to eat off of. Not sure why, but the passenger mat is missing. Unusual actually. Otherwise the factory floormats are included, but need a good cleaning. Unseen is the complete factory issued spare tire setup. Andddd...... ...it has the optional built-in child booster seat!! No more swapping from car to car! Car only comes with one key and base manual. Onto the final portion of my ad, the beautiful engine compartment. Not all greased up with shine to take away from its cleanliness. No tags, but the timing belt appears to have been serviced in proper intervals. No cracking and my estimations show 30k+ left before the next one is due (most likely changed at 100k as it should be). Recently changed cap & rotor. Spark plugs are strong. Recent cooling system service shows a new radiator and overflow tank along with misc clamps. Perfectly spotless fluid. I'd be willing to bet a new thermostat and heater core have been installed as well. Interstate battery is NEW, recently installed by yours truly. Air filter is clea. Oil is SPOTLESS and very recently changed. Also a bet, but I'm nearly positive it's had synthetic all it's life. There is hardly any blow-by coming from the oil dipstick tube (typical for an aged Volvo) not to mention, the oil should be on the darker side. Suspension is quiet and tight with no squeaking or rattling. The car drives straight and smooth with no unusual pulling or wandering. New battery starts engine right up. Engine runs smooth and strong. Transmission fluid is clean and shifts perfectly in every gear. CV joints/boots look great. Alternator looks recently changed. Absolutely no signs of any major oil or coolant leaks underneath. Not leaving any spots on my shop floor overnight. Outside of buying a Volvo with a stack of historical records in the glovebox, you CAN NOT get any better than this car for proper maintenance! You can't. Put anyone in this car and go!
