Up for sale is my 1959 Cadillac Series 62 Coupe. I am the second owner of this car and the first titled owner. This vehicle is what is typically referred to as a barn find. It had been tucked away by the original owner for more than 20 years. Although it had sat for more than 2 decades, with some gas in jerry can feeding the fuel pump, a fresh battery and a point file the engine came back to life. Being a body man by trade, I did a full body and mechanical restoration on this original 91,000 mile car. It had surface rust on some of the panels but was in very good shape considering its past. All the panels were refinished. The chrome was replated. The engine and transmission were rebuilt. The brakes were rebuilt, hydraulics were replaced. The steering and suspension were rebuilt and the exhaust replaced. The tires were replaced as well. Anything that required servicing was taken care of. The interior is all original with the exception of the carpet and headliner. The steering wheel and horn trim are in very good condition, not cracked and broken. The engine and transmission operate perfectly and the car is a joy to drive on the highway. I do not hesitate to drive it anywhere.
