1957 CHEVROLET 4 DOOR RUNNING PROJECT CAR CLEAR TITLE Hey guys…3wLarry here from the Hamb. This cute little ’57 belongs to a friend of mine named Pat…Sadly, her husband Charles recently passed away…this was his baby for the last 5 years… He had plans to finish it for the two of them to enjoy after his retirement… but sometimes life has other plans for us. Charles installed a sweet running little 1964 283 that has been freshly rebuilt. He installed Camel Hump heads, a new Edelbrock intake with a new Edelbrock Quadrajet carb…a nice lumpy cam, an HEI Electronic ignition …and headers with dual exhaust….it sounds really sweet… Backing this little motor is a freshly rebuilt Turbo 350 with a B&M floor shifter. There’s also a lot of new dress up parts in the engine bay…and a new radiator…he was in the process of installing the new wiring harness…the interior was also in the process of being removed, … …Charles stored all the parts that he removed from the car in boxes that he kept in the trunk and the back seat. The body is solid…there isn’t any rust…the floors are good, as is the trunk…the front windshield in the car is cracked, but a replacement windshield comes with the car…the paint is new and still needs to be buffed out…the bumpers will need to be rechromed…The wheels and tires are brand new with zero miles on them…Charles installed a new front Power Disc Brake setup…the rear axle is original…and it has a clear Oklahoma title. Pat is hoping a young family will purchase this little car and finish it to their liking and enjoy it for years to come…the amount of money Charles has invested in this car is much more than Pat is asking for…she just wants it to go to a good home…this auction is No Reserve.
