I bought this car 2 years ago was going to fix up as a Driver but never found the time to do it.So here it is a 1978 Ford Mustang 2 with the King Cobra Option which they made 4960 and they say there is Only 1252 that have Survied So it is Rare.The car Runs and Drives in the Yard the front calipers are sticking from sitting around for the last 5 years so need's calipers which are $ 25.00 each Has Headers on it that are probley 25 years old so they are rusty and have small holes in them so they are leaking so needs headers $ 175.00 then you could drive it down the road.So cond is Very good considering the age of the car.The Paint looks good from 20 feet but looks like it was a Macco job has dust and blems in it.Engin runs Strong no noises is not the orignal engin last owner said he put this engin in it because the orignal one was tired.Transmission was rebuilt shifts great.Will spin the tires all day long if you wanted to.Has some rust bubbling on rear quaters and rear of quarters above the bumper.undercarriage has surface rust but NO Holes in the floor boards.Suspension is good all lights work New Battery it starts right up.is Missing the A/C compressor.T-Tops are in good shape but they will leak sense the seals are 34 years old.Interior is real nice no rips or tears except drivers seat bottom.Dash is Nice No Cracks.Headliner needs re-glueing.Like I said a Good Driver could easly be Restored to be a Real Nice Car...car is sold as is please do not Bid unless you have at least 5+ feedback or will delete your Bid.I am selling with a "BILL OF SALE" from Me to You and the bill of sale from the Orignal Owner from Him to me on it also "NO Title" in CT they Do Not Title cars over 25 years old So Make Sure Your State excepts this for paper work !Car is located in Tolland Connecticut near the Storres UConn campus...Good Luck BiddinM
