1996 Chevy Impala Super Sport I am the original owner of this awsome machine. It has been a great car to me for 16 years, but time for a new home. This SS is the Dark Cherry Metallic exterior, original paint. The car is 100% stock - no modifications outside of stock except for replacement parts required for normal maintenance. Details: • 130K miles • Color is Dark Cherry Metallic • Paint is nice and shiny, but has some battlescars • Very clean interior - never smoked in. • Engine emits no smoke • Engine does not burn oil • Oil change done every 3k-4k miles • New plugs and wires, inc distributor assembly • Perfect tranny - service done every 30, 000 mi • Rebuilt front end with GM and MOOG components • Poly bushings • New exhaust at 70K miles • CD player • K&N air filter • Very Very Very clean • New radiator • New oil seals on oil filter assembly (they all leak eventually there) • Current inspection • All electronics work as expected (DL, PW, seats, etc). • All original glass with original GM markings - no cracks • Both original keysets and key fobs • NO Accidents. All body panels are nice and straight. • Carpet is perfect • Floormats are perfect - always were covered • Full sized spare is perfect • All lights work • Car is leak-tight - no water anywhere when it rains. Ok - now the negative details: • Car has battlescars to be expected with a 16 YO vehicle - rock chips on hood and front end, some tiny dings on the doors, etc. • Drivers seat shows some signs of wear - one small wear-through area. • Underbody - couple tiny areas of surface rust underneath • AC has slow leak - I will charge before it is sold • Tires - Continental Extreme contact - rears have 20% left, front ones are shot. * The power steering box in the front end is a bit loose. • Right side of front bumper has scuff • Right rear underside of 1/4 panel has slight crinkle - bumped a curb • Left rear 1/4 panel has slight divit - I actually did this myself with my knee on an ice patch.
