This is a Newly finished restoration. This was a complete body off pan restoration with lots of new parts. This is a wonderful attempt of a real classic with that original stock look.Body repainted with original stock single stage color (Ruby red). The full floor pans are brand new and have been replaced as well as the rear luggage compartment which came from a sedan beetle for a perfect fit.The Engine 1600 Stock motor without any modifications that I am aware of. It was cosmetically cleaned, repainted and detailed by myself. Mileage is currently unknown.This restoration took over 4 years to complete and as you can tell from the pictures I paid as much attention to detail as I could. It comes with all new interior and paint. Chassis has been fully painted and undercoated. All new steering components and brakes.The really non OEM Look are the Low profile tires.Please note that this vehicle is equip with an Autostick transmission. The transmission was only looked at and partially disassembled. The diaphram and rear seals were replaced, no leaks.This vehicle has been a real joy to work on and it would be a great piece to own and drive.
