Up for auction is a 2001 Volkswagon TDI with automatic transmision. I used this vehicle to go back and forth on long trips and work related tasks. Due to changes in work and more local clients we do not need it anymore. This vehicle has been amazing on the highway driven correctly I would get between 45 and 60 mpg. In town I would still get in the upper 30's. It has been great for me but now is no longer needed. The car runs great. I put seat covers on it to protect the seats. The sunroof works great. AC works wonderfuly (its new) Heat works great. Tires probably have at least 30000 if not more left on them. Engine idles strong. I've always changed the oil with Rotella T diesel Oil every 3000 miles. I changed the oil, oil filter, and fuel filter 1000 miles ago. Now for the sad parts before I got it the car was ran into by a dear not the car hit a dear. That is why there are a few dnts in the passanger side. The check engine line comes on and the code reads Glow plug 3. I have never repairred this because even in 10 degree weather it always fires up. It is missing the VW emblem on the drivers side rear tire. The center arm rest top part hinge is broke but still stays on, I've heard this is a common problem with these cars. The radio display has a few scrambled numbers on it but still plays music well. This car is great and gets great milage I just don't need it anymore.
