2001 Corvette Z06 21,800 Miles LS6 V8 6 Speed Here is your chance to purchase a beautiful Quicksilver 2001 Corvette Z06 at a very low price. The car has a rebuilt title due to previous light water damage back in 2009. We purchased the car summer of 2012 and have put about 1,000 miles on it. It runs and drives great but its about 90% finished. It can be driven on the street but needs a little work to be 100%. The ABS light and Traction Control is disabled because the EBCM (electronic brake control module) is bad. Typical problem with C5 corvettes. We've installed a brand new EBCM from GM that has yet to be programmed. Also the Steering Column Lock throws a code, another typical C5 Corvette issue. The fuel gauge sometimes does not work, we believe this is just a ground problem. We had the transmission rebuilt 1-4 gear with all GM parts installed by a GM ASE Certified technition. The front tires have been replaced with 275/40-17 Fusion Zri tires and the rears have the factory Goodyear F1 tires. They will need to be replaced soon. An aftermarket SLP Blackwing air filter is flowing right into a aftermarket Wieand "Lingenfelter" intake manifold. We have all reciepts to prove the 1000's of dollars put in to this Z06. With winter coming up, this is the perfect car to have as a little project so when spring rolls around you will be driving one bad Z06 Corvette at a fraction of the cost of any other Z06 corvette out there.
