Up for auction is my 00 chevrolet corvette c5.The car has a 5.7 litre v8 motor and has many upgrades.The motor has ls6 heads and has a edelbrok racing cam aftermarket z06 intake and has been dyno at 425 hp to the rear wheels.The motor runs very strong and has a very loud tone and is very lum py in tone.The motor has ceramic coated long tube headers to a custom exhaust with magnaflow tips.The motor does not burn or leak any oil and does not overheat or skip at all.The transmission has been rebuilt and the clutch has been done and this work was done around 173,000 miles.The transmission does shift smoothly and all gears work accordingly.Fourth gear when shifting very quickly does make a very light synchro noise meaning grinding noise.The rear end was changed out with 4.10 gears and the rear whines a little on the hightway because of the gears.I have the original gears that come with the car and i have the stock intake also.The brakes are cross drilled slotted rotors and has 50 percent brake pad left and 30 percent in the rear.the parking brake works the way it should .The car has michelin tires on it currently and they are about 60 percent left all around.The exterior was painted by the other owner it was silver and the current paint job was done right jams firewall and all.The left front bumper has a very small scuff on it and the right rear quarter panel has a 6 inch crack in the fiberglass and it has been sealed and will not split and can bearly be seen .The targa top ha s a 4 inch crack in it and does not leak either and the windshield has a 5 inch corner crack on it and does not leak either.The interior has aftermarket seats corbeu racing seats witha small tear with 3 inches in length.The car has a aftermarket stereo with a amp and custom molded box and works very well.The carpet is in great condition and does not have any rips .The car comes with a additional targa top painted and was dropped on the ground and does have a bunch of scratches on it but does still work .The csr has z06 wheels and they are in great condition with minimal scuffs.The car does run and drive very well and drives nice and straight anfd has lots of power.The car has a small reserve and is priced very well below any pricing guide and will have a buy it now that will be $8800 and i will be open to offers and if any questions call me 203-510-9102 and i can send you a small video of it idleing ver y nice tone.I forgot to mention that the driverside sunvisor is broken and is not there.The air conditioning is in great working condition also very cold and heat works alon with all the funtions .The car has heads up display and it never worked when i bought it and i never looked futher into it.The signal lights work and the headlights also work along with the parking lights.I will be requiring a $500 deposit through paypal within 24hrs of auction end and please if you are just looking to by it and not show up please dont bid.If you need delivery in ct or around the area i'm sure we can work something out.
