2004 VW GTI - 1.8t - 5sp - 80k, owned since 16k - clean title in hand. Selling my daily driver. The car runs and drives well, and has had a lot of the major maintenance done. This is a silver GTI with a cloth interior. 1.8t motor with a 5sp transmission. Its GIAC chipped with a 3 program tune. Boost gauge. It also has the APR TIP, EuroJet breathe hose kit and misc silicone vacuum lines. Megan racing 2.5in downpipe mated to stock exhaust. A set of Work Rays G-Games light weight 18in rims with new tires. Mild lowering springs. Tenzo, according to previous owner Clifford alarm that's crazy loud and has the function to lower windows from outside your car Had a Eurospec stage1 clutch put in around the 65k mark. At the same time, the master and slave cylinder was replaced as well as the transmission service was done. Timing belt, water pump with metal impeller were replaced around the 69k mark. New set of Falcon tires at around 77k. Just recently had the AC system redone, at 78k. This included the condenser, evaporator and compressor. That's a lot of maintenance work already done and out of the way for you not to worry about the future expense of replacing them. Clean and clear title with no accident history that I'm aware of. I am the second owner since 16k. Here are the pics. Black with silver lip with tires. A pair spacers with mounting hardware. Also have the OEM downpipe. I can include these in the deal. Now to the small print - I do hear some lifer noise, that's apparently common and have been told by a VW tech that other than the noise it's not an issue. Passenger door latch has malfunctioned (i detached the cable, so the door can only be opened from inside, no big deal for me. Latch needs to be replaced, I have the replacement part. The inside door handle broke, haven't sourced that part, but apparently its 40 bucks from the dealer and should be an ez fix. There might be some other stuff I'm forgetting, but you just have to come and see the car and make your own assessments. I drive the car every day with no worries, but I think its time for an upgrade. :) Please note that I will be out of town until Wednesday and be getting back to you whenever I get back.
