This Truck is a great buy! LOW miles for it's age. As mentioned above it's a 1997 Chevrolet S10 Pickup LS. This is a great starter truck for first time drivers or someone looking for a seasoned pickup truck. I have owned this truck since I was sixteen years old (I am 26 now) and it's been great to me, it's simply time for an upgrade. It is in decent shape overall. It only has 133,000 miles on it, most of which are hwy miles as I drove back and forth from college. It has the original motor and transmission. The 4.3L V6 motor has proven to be a great motor and accompanies the 5 speed automatic transmission well. The brakes are tight and in great condition. This is a 2 wheel drive truck. The bed of the truck comes with a bed liner which is in great shape. All fluid and oil changes have been done on time by a reputable mechanic. Truck comes with a Panasonic CD player/super tuner radio. Air conditioning/heating units works good. Truck is being sold as is. Unfortunately, like all vehicles, there are some knocks on the vehicle. They include: small spot of rust on the third door and bumper, non functioning trailer light wiring, detached rear view mirror (I have the mirror, it just needs to be reattached), hole in muffler (it has a definite rumble), fan only works on low and high, low tread on all four tires, squeaking noise in the front left tire, broken door handle on the third door, and a broken plastic top of the center console.Feel free to contact me with any questions that you might have.
