1998 Lexus GS400 sedan. V8 with 300 HP, Automatic Transmission. This car is extremely fast and handles well and is a joy to drive. Moonroof, spoiler, heated front seats, leather interior, power windows, power locks, auto dim rear view mirror, dual climate control. Heat and A/C work well. No check engine lights, it should pass emissions with no problem. Has never been in a wreck to my knowledge. The engine is good and strong and you can probably drive cross country with no problem. The car is used and has some normal wear and tear. Has some light modifications: Club Linea 17"x 8" front wheels, 17"x 9" rear wheels. Comes with wheel locks. Tein CS adjustable shocks installed. The front speakers are upgraded to 6.5" Image Dynamics components. I think there is also a K&N drop in air filter, but am not 100%. There are some issues that I am aware of that are disclosed here: There is a crack on the right side of the windshield (outside of driver's scope). Windshield is not in danger of spontaneously imploding or anything.When braking, there is sometimes a chirping noise. The shop said that the master brake cylinder needs to be replaced. It does currently brake and is driveable, but not as well as when running perfectly.When turning at low speeds, there is a squealing noise. Sometimes worse, sometimes better. It doesn't really affect driveability, but is annoying and I do not know what the problem is. The shop told me that this was related to the master cylinder and the ABS vacuum (it's supposed to be all related), but I do not know. Stock CD changer does not read CDs anymore. The radio works fine. No reserve auction. Buyer must pay a non-refundable $250 deposit through Paypal within 48 hours of auction close to hold the vehicle and so that we know that you are a serious. The rest of the funds are due in person via cash or cashier's check. Transaction will be done in a public location in Alpharetta, GA for everyone's safety. I will not ship the vehicle, you must pick up. Vehicle is SOLD AS IS, once you drive it away - I am not responsible for anything further. There is no lien on the vehicle, but I had to apply for a replacement title and expect to have that in hand by the end of auction. At worst, by Nov 17th.
