I am the original owner. It's like new as if it just came off the lot, very low mileage (1,048). This vehicle was purchased in December 2008 as Christmas present for family member, however, she was afraid to drive it and it stayed in the garage. I know the history of this vehicle may be unbelievable as per previous inquiry, but it is true. It has only 1,048 original miles, only driven to dealer for routine maintenance, and some neighborhood driving. New battery installed. Runs like new. Interior smells new. It has 19" Spoke Alloy Wheels, Powered Heated Side Mirrors, Fog Lamps, Puddle Lamps, Front Dual Zone Auto Climate Control, Auto-Rear A/C System w/ Rear vents for 2nd & 3rd Row Seats (separate climate control for front driver and passenger with separate climate control for rear), JBL AM/FM 6-Disc In Dash CD Changer, Rear Entertainment DVD System, Lo Jack System and more (see original window sticker in photos). The rear hatch is a power liftgate, opens and closes automatically by either the remote, front dash button and will cose automatically with rear hatch button. The rear glass opens independently manually. The 3rd row seat is not split, see photos. The front and middle seats are bucket seats with consoles in between. A middle seat can be placed between the second row bucket seats. It stows away under the front center console when not in use. The Kelley Blue Book value for Excellent Condition, Private Party Value is $27,952 as of October 22, 2012. Original purchase price was $40,642.00. Base price was $32,900.00, optional equip & delivery fees raised the cost to $35,755.00 & Distributor installed options increased it to $37,430.00. Photo of sticker uploaded to photos. Access to the rear seat is from the front passenger side, the seat slightly folds over and slides forward to allow entry. The rear seat folds down to allow for a flat area in the back. The middle seats also fold down level with the back. There is a luggage cover that can be used to cover luggage. There is an auxillary access for MP3 players or other similar devices, including an i-Phone, i-Pod, etc. There is a back-up camera showing the image on the front center console. All recalls have been addressed by the dealer including the front driver floor mat problems with the gas pedal.
