WICKED FAST AND FUN BEAST!!!! 1968 CONVERTIBLE CORVETTE! 355 CUBIC INCH CHEVROLET BUILT BY JOHN LINGENFELTER!!!!! CLEAR TITLE!! NOT A REBUILT TITLE!! FUN AND EXCITING TO DRIVE!!!! Totally Customized body and interior. Did he do the car modifications as well as the drivetrain? Tim Dyer of LPE said this motor predates installations by LPE!!!! Automatic Transmission. New Gaskets and seals on the rear differential. Factory Power Windows, Power Brakes AND A/C Car!!! Compressor turns free and system intact. 4 wheel disc brakes. Starts and stops well.. Rotors and clipers look good and all engage. Tires and wheels are great. The headlights are lightly sticky but work great. Has some touched up chips in the paint, Needs fiberglass work in the hood (but the few cracks in the hood have been bonded and fused..NO CRACKS IN THE BODY) and needs some interior work as shown in the photos.... BUT... THIS IS ONE WICKED CAR!!!! When I picked it up I drove it from Portland Oregon to Yakima Washington it was both exciting and Fun! It totally lives up to what a Motor built by John Lingenfelter should be.. In Spades!!! Drive it like it is, restore with the Mods or go back stock. Even going back to stock a Lingenfelter drivetrain alone kicks the value into the stratosphere.. Feel free to ask any Corvette expert! This BEAST is loaded but it does need a nicer looking top than the old Tan one. I AM THROWING IN A BRAND VEW BLACK TOP AND SEALS(FACTORY SPEC)!!!!!!! Undercarraige looks good except for some rust on the passenger floor(maybe some moisture had been trapped there) Car was Stored in a Barn for multiple years but jumped and driven right out.
