2005 Honda Accord VIN# 1HGCM82645A013208 Up for sale we have a 2005 Honda Accord with 59,352 actual and original miles. This Accord is equipped with a 3.0 Liter 6 Cylinder engine, automatic transmission, cold A/C, power windows, power sunroof, power door locks, power mirrors, cruise control, black leather interior, and a charcoal exterior. This vehicle was purchased from IAA (Insurance Auto Auctions) with front end damage. Replaced parts are as followed: hood, both front front fenders, both front headlights, front bumper cover, radiator support, radiator, condenser. Deployed driver wheel airbag was never replaced. Ohio Highway Patrol conducted a Salvage Inspection on the vehicle once everything was repaired and the BMV issued it a Rebuilt Title; admitting it road worthy. Although everything works as it should and the engine runs smoothly, the car jerks from delayed shifting by the transmission. The transmission is good but the problem is with the solenoids. You can still drive the car as long as you drive carefully and normally. The car recently (10/27/12) got a check engine light with a code P0749 "Pres Ctrl Sol. A CKT Performance or Stuck Off" confirming our diagnosis of the Solenoids issue. The solenoids in Honda's bolt on top of the transmission, they are individual parts that can be replaced without taking the transmission off. This offer may not sit long now that we have a code leading us into a more specific direction. If and when we have time to repair the issue this listing will be taken down. I don't see any reason why you wouldn't buy it and drive it straight home. If at all possible, please contact us to arrange a time for you to come down and see the car in person!
