Its in very good exterior shape with no big dents or scraches anywhere on the car. It is even hard to find parking lot dings on it. Never been into any major accident, only one was a minor fender bender when car was almost new, that caused rear bumper to replace, it was professionaly done and same owner kept if for years after, no other damage, no frame damage and it did not affect the title paperwork, all warranties in affect and qualifies for carfax buyback protection. Since its not a new car and has been in use for few years, it has some highway bug marks, chips, also a few minor imperfections such as scrapes, dings, and minor scraches could be present but in one glance it looks very clean and very presentable. Interior on this car is in good shape with no tears, rips or burn spots. No hard spots/stains. It seems like has never been smoked into, there is moderate dairy smell in there and we don't know exactly what it is, seems like someone owned it in country where the dairy farms might be around, not too bad and we are pretty sure it will go away because there are no stains/source where it is coming from. Mechanically its in excellent shape and needs nothing serviced. There are no service indication lights on it that indicate a service required. There are no leaks on the manifold or exhaust system of this prius. Undercarriage is clean with no rust on it, we have posted pictures of undercarriage. All power windows and locks work fine on this vehicle. Power side mirrors are heated and work fine. It starts right up, drives the way its supposed to and shifts smooth into all gears. No shakes or rattles on any speed. All four matching tires are goodyear integrity are in very good shape with rear ones at about 80% tread left while the front ones at about 50%. Good brakes that bring this prius to a complete, quick and quite stop with no pulsation or vibration of any sort. Air conditioner blows ice cold. Heat blows warm. This prius could be driven anywhere across the nation with peace of mind. Fee and Tax Information:

• NJ residents pay a state sales tax of 7%, all other state buyers don't owe us any sales tax. There is a documentation fee of $75 please add it to the vehicle price. A 20 days temp tags for out of state buyers are available at our dealership at the cost of $25 each, a proof of insurance is required for the issuance of those tags.
• An immidiate deposit of $400 is due at the time of sale on ebay. Final payment must be recieved by no later than seven days of the closing of the auction. Final payment must be in the form of certified US funds made out to EXCELLENCE AUTO INC,.
