2004 BMW K1200GT for sale by original owner. Always adult-rider, never abused. Only 6887 miles. Selling to free up garage space. This is a great touring bike with cruise control, heated seats and heated hand grips. Everything works. It also has an electronic adjustable windshield that goes up or down. Metzeler tires bought approximately three years ago with plenty of tire tread remaining. Locking saddle bags included. Will also throw in a back rest for a passenger that screws in very easily and can be taken off when you just have a single rider. This option cost about $300 from an aftermarket supplier. Bike has never been involved in a crash. It did fall down in the back of a trailer once on the way to the Sturgis bike rally. I know, I should have rode the bike there. I had an artist paint some silver flames on the front to disguise the damage. I also had one of the saddlebags painted to disguise the damage. I also put stickers on the saddlebags. You may want to change these details. So it's not perfect but it is a great bike. For someone looking to get into sport-touring on the cheap it would be a great fit. It also has a power plug that you can plug in a battery tender or some heated clothes. This motorcycle extends the riding season. I have been on it during some very cold weather and it wasn't half bad. A world-class bike at a low price.
