Perfect car for a project car to be restored. It has a 5 speed transmission, 5.0 motor that has been rebuilt and runs strong. Odometer reads over 200,000 miles but it is not the actual mileage. It is a beautiful must see Mustang but needs some minor work and it could be perfect. Our intentions for purchasing the car was to be a restoration project but we are a single income family with 2 kids and just can no longer afford it or the gas in 2 V8's. The car really isnt that bad on gas for it to be a V8 and with some work and re-conditioning it could possibly be even better. Our other V8 is a Chevrolet Silverado and this Mustang gets better gas mileage than the truck does. I am listing below what it has and what we have done to the car so far and also what it doesnt has and may or may not need. The Mustang has:Cobra Front end, 18in. Saleen Rims, Cold Air Intake, Undersized Pulleys, Aluminum Driveshaft, 3 Slotted and Drilled Rotors and 1 Regular Rotor (we replaced one rotor within the past 6 months), 373 Gear in Rear End, Tokico Shocks, New Transmission, Halo Headlights and each headlight has one blue LED bulb, Euro Tail Lights with black background, Blue LED Lights inside the hood scoop (picture included), 23 Extra LED Bulbs (6 blue, 5 white, 6 green, and 6 colorful bought 06/11/2012), 6 LED Mini lights inside to illuminate the center console (picture included), Windows were stripped and re-tinted in March 2012, replaced front brakes within the last 6 months, replaced Alternator in September 2012. Windshield has been replaced also because the other one had pits in it.Original Mach Radio System has been replaced with a Pioneer CD Player with bluetooth compatibility, it is also compatible with iPod, iPhone, and MP3 players, has a 3.5mm jack, a USB jack and microphone is included. System is completely installed plus monster cable is already installed and in the truck for connection to an amp and sub. Speakers in the front are 6x8 3way 240 watt Kenwood's with an additional 2 year warranty purchased from Best Buy in Anderson on 04/28/2012. Speakers in the rear deck are 6x9 3way 400 watt Pioneer's also purchased from Best Buy on 03/12/2012. It also has a 3.5mm stereo audio cable for iPod, MP3 players, and some cell phones.The Mustang doesn't have and may or may not need:Needs a clutch for the AC Compressor, Heat works VERY WELL, Front Seats are ripped and need replacing (drivers seat is an automatic seat), Headliner needs to be fixed or replaced, needs a Battery, the passenger back tire was stabbed last Friday or Saturday night and the tires on the car are the "run flats" and I have to drive it about a mile home and it ended up cracking the rim but we contacted Algood in Anderson and they said the rim could be welded and fixed so it currently has the spare donut on it, passenger side window will not work sometimes and we are not sure if it is the switch or the motor is bad, dome light inside is not installed because the car was in the process of being restored and headliner was gonna be replaced, needs some minor body work as you will see in the pictures, passenger side at headlight assembly has some damage that can be seen in the photos, needs a paint job on it because it had a cheap paint job on it already when we bought the car in January 2012, anti lock brake light is on because of brake dust build up on the rear wheel sensors but the brakes are fully functional with no issues, passenger side tailpipe needs to be tightened back up and was told that it had to be tightened by some type of welding on the bracket, and the gear shifter boot needs to be replaced because it is ripped at the seams on the leather boot that is on it.The pictures are of the car after windows were tinted, after car was washed and cleaned, LED lights in the hood scoop during the day and night, LED mini lights on the center console, and the back window after the monster logo was added.
