Here is a very sharp 2003 DeVille. Perfect carfax which shows purchased here in south Florida and always registered here in south Fla. Carfax shows NO accidents or issues and good service records. The Pearl white paint is BEAUTIFUL along with the nice upgraded vinyl roof and clean interior. This was a grarge kept car and it shows. All the power items work as they should, Power windows, mirrors, seats, CD player,etc. The car runs good and very smooth. The tires are matching michelin's. We have priced this car to sell fast . I have described this vehicle as best as I can, however as with all used vehicles, the condition is subjective. This vehicle is being sold as is, where is. We strongly recommend inspecting this vehicle prior to bidding or having someone inspect it on your behalf. Please call (239) 826-8277 if you have any questions. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with this vehicle upon delivery, you will have the option of returning the vehicle at your expense. We will refund your money less a 10% processing fee with a minimum of $1000.00. The vehicle must be recieved at the dealership in the same condition as when it was delivered. You will receive your refundby company check within 30 days of returning the vehicle. It is the buyers responsibility to notify SW Florida Cars, Inc.WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE. Please be aware that these are USED cars and trucks. We have over 40 years experience buying used vehicles. However, used cars are USED cars. They are not new. These vehicles will show wear and tear associated with the normal use of a vehicle. Obviously, a car with 100,000 miles on it will show more wear and tear than a car with 10,000 miles on it. Most of our vehicles are sold at wholesale prices, well below book value. We cannot afford to warranty any vehicle sold below book value as if you had purchased it at full retail price. Please also note, when purchasing a used vehicle, although it is new to you, there is a possibility the vehicle will need service or repair in the first weeks of ownership. We are also not responsible for missing owners manuals, key fobs, extra keys, CD cartridges, navigation DVD's, or any other non essential accessories. Theses minor accessories do not always remain with a vehicle over their lifetime. All of these items can be found at your local dealer or auto parts store. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERRORS IN THE LISTING OF THIS VEHICLE. We STRONGLY recommend that you have the vehicle inspected BEFORE YOU BID! There are many inspection services available, or have your own mechanic inspect the vehicle for you. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate a time for the vehicle to be available before the end of the auction for these inspections to take place. All funds must clear and the paperwork must be signed and returned before the vehicle is released. Titles on vehicles 10 years or older are marked exempt in the mileage field of the Florida titles due to age. We will expedite title transfer as soon as possible. Fee and Tax Information:

A Non-Refundable $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of auction close, NO EXCEPTIONS. The balance is due within 3 days of auction close. No sales tax will be charged for vehicles being shipped over state line. If you require a 30 day tag, we will collect your home state sales tax and provide an affadavit so you won't have to pay again at home when registering the car. For each transaction a $299 dealer admin fee is charged to cover costs associated with vehicle prep, cleaning, and express mail costs.
