Hi , selling my daily driver 68 beetle because im switching to a 72 bus love the beetle and every body on the street dose to , old beetle drivers tend to be good mecanics if not thier cheap to fix but you cant kill em , this one hase new brakes clean oil in motor and tranny i am a old vw michanic all my life and its my daily driver every thing is right , lights blinkers gas gage ihave a beeper on the backup lights and blinkers i'm priceing a little low couse the tires are ready to change , normal rust under the battery , was restored 5 years ago paint is ready in a few years or now its up to you just drive her , value gose up every year or buy some new car that you have to rebuild and turns to junk , just love it always or you are not the right owner for one of these , never talk bad about it , its you not the car whatever it needs , anyway i have a push button starter on it , more relieble , a locking steering wheel has a key doors lock comeon youl get to know her , drive it home anywear in the country sorry alot of reading , RUNS GOOD.On Sep-28-12 at 20:10:36 PDT, seller added the following information: it runs well its my daily driver , all the lights and electrical is good , i have a push button for the starter , it dose not leak oil , the breather spits a little out they all do that , i add oil every 6 months , thats alot better then most of them , if your afraid of somthing like that your in the wrong price range or get some newer car that needs everything then turns to junk. enjoy this car for three years and dubble your money, i love this car but i'm switching to a 72 v w bus to hall stuff. can't affored insurance on 2 cars, i'm selling it cheap couse nobody has much money in fl. the reserve is 1800 , i love this car so don't ask stupid questions no joy rides just pay in cash and drive it away.its my daily driver what are you worried about , drive it to LA just take me with ya.
