I'm the original owner of this 2006 Toyota Rav 4. The overall condition is very good. There's some minor scratches and dings on the exterior and a small dent on the front fender but nothing major. The car fax report will show there was vehicle damage due to accidents. In both cases, they were minor accidents where the car was struck in the rear and the repair work was completed. The vehicle has had NO accident related problems since the repair work was completed. I'm still using this vehicle on a day to day basis but the odometer reading is below 69,999 miles and will stay below before the sale is made. The interior is in very good shape as well. This is a nonsmoker's car. There are no rips or tears in the seats or carpets. There are some stains which a detailing should remove. It comes equipped with the Toyota brand all weather rubber floor mats. The main option is the third row seating so the car can actually seat 7. The car runs very well and had regularly scheduled maintenance performed. The muffler was replaced in August 2012. Brake work was done at that time as well. The tires are in good shape. There was a leak in a tire and I had it replaced but the tire pressure warning light is still on. You have to go to Toyota to have it turned off. The car was driven last year from Boston to the outer banks of North Carolina with no problems. Most of the miles are highway miles. The vehicle is being sold "as is" with no warranties, expressed or written. I reserve the right to end the auction early to sell to a party outside ebay.
