Here we have a 1981 jeep cj scrambler this one is a little rough body wise but it runs and drives well 4 wheel drive works we took it off road and drove it for about 10miles with no problems the top is in good shape this thing does have some rust. The body is not a total loss but does need floor pans and a bed put in. the frame looks to be fine just a little rust on the backend under the bed but not bad fenders hood etc could be fixxed. I bought this for me and my son to work on over the winter but now we are moving so i need to let it go. This would be perfect for restoration i planned on doing a frame up. these things are getting more rare bye the day. The motor starts right up no problems motor is original but the previous owner did put a 3 spped in and the big blue tank in the back is the fuel tank also from the previous owner. They told us the tank had problems so they just put the temporary in the back.. the gauges seem to work fine they all light up and all the headlights andtailinghts work fine. This jeep sat beside a house since 1995 and was only used to plow there driveway wich is only 100 ft long im not sure on the miles but they believed they only put around a 1000 miles on it at the most. Windshield is good but the frame is junk all other glass is fine passenger side doesnt like to roll up. I do believe this one is 90 % original title showes it was titled in ca for the first time and has only had 2 owners i am not sure of this tho. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
