Here is a one family-owned 1968 Chevrolet Impala Custom Coupe with 77,600+ miles. 327 4 barrel V8 with 3 speed auto, power steering, single exhaust, AM radio. Pale yellow exterior with a black vinyl top and white vinyl bench seat interior, all in above-average condition for their age with no rips or tears. Carpet is very nice and the car has no funny smells and the AM radio sounds great. Non-smoking owner. This car has had very few miles put on it in the last 20 years and has a big stack of maintenance receipts. Includes the original Chevy warranty paperwork and metal certificate. The receipts show the car was painted and had body work done in 2004. There are a few lumps in the bodywork way down below the doors and a rough spot around the right rear wheel opening. Frame and floorboards solid. All lights and flashers are great. I filled up the gas tank to the brim with no leaks. The tires have less than 1,000 miles on them and ride smooth. The gas gauge does NOT work but everything else on the dash does I am selling this car on behalf of the family’s estate, and the owner‘s widow. Though the car sat much of the last 5 years, I am pleased to report it fires right up and runs like a top. The idle is slow and smooth, there is no hesitation or bogging down on hard acceleration and the car just glides along on the highway or country roads.
