Car has 87k, loaded, sunroof, optional XS version, roof rack, pwr doors and windows, cruise, CD, A/C is cold. Body, bumpers, paint, etc. all excellent. I don't think there is a scuff on bumper, rims or scratch or ding on the car. It is used so come and check it out. It is super clean in/out. ALL WHEEL DRIVE and summer is almost over. A/C cold. Payment Methods Cash (In Person), certified bank check, bank transfer, or loan check. All funds must be in US dollars only. Deposit The successful high bidder will submit a $500 deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Deposits can be made either by credit card over the phone or through Paypal. Payment of Balance Due The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Additional Fees and Taxes A $150 document fee will be applied to all vehicles sold. NEW YORK state buyers are responsible for all state taxes and fees. . Shipping The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Successful Bidder The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Feretti Motors Inc-Wholesale and Rebuildables within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements. Non-Paying Bidder If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 3 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
